Synopsis
Alaska Baby is the intimate and cinematic portrait of Cesare Cremonini at a moment of artistic rebirth. After the triumph of his 2022 stadium tour, the singer finds himself trapped in a creative void and decides to leave the fog of Emilia searching for light, beginning a physical and inner journey from Antigua to Alaska. Once again, as twenty years earlier in Patagonia, Squarcia follows him with his camera, capturing the fragile passage between the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. On a frozen lake, waiting for the Northern Lights, the title Alaska Baby emerges as an epiphany: the story of an album born on the edge, and of an artist who must lose himself to start again.
